TELEMACHOS Hotel Dassia
Hotel Telemachos was built on a ground of 23000 qm land during the years 1985-1987 and first opened the doors to our guest 0n the first of May 1987.
The hotel started with 24 rooms in the main building and greatly enlarged the resort by lodging five houses each of 8 rooms around the building. In April 2006 the 'new part' was build which is located right opposite the main building with 35 pool viewing rooms.
Renovations of all main building rooms started in 2014 and ended in march 2016. Finally the hotel has 140 guest rooms, two pools, two bars and a restaurant, reception and lobby area, and a small tourist shop and free parking space for our guests.
Telemachos is a figure in the Greek mythology, the son of Odysseus and Penelope, and a central character in Homer's Odyssey. Although the big historical meaning, the hotel was named after Telemachos Gerontikos who first stepped into hotel industry early 1970's.
Both his sons I. and A. Gerontikos followed his footsteps and build the hotel in 1985 naming it in honor of their father.
